About the Role

As an Electricity Services Support Agent with J&D Virtual Solutions, you will assist customers with inquiries related to their electric service accounts. This includes helping with billing questions, payment arrangements, service transfers, new account setup, and outage updates. Agents are expected to maintain a professional, courteous tone and deliver accurate information to ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to navigate multiple systems while communicating effectively. This is a 1099 independent contractor position, offering the flexibility to work remotely and set your own schedule.

Requirements

Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to handle account-sensitive information responsibly. Agents are required to have a reliable computer, high-speed wired internet connection, and a noise-canceling headset in a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
